| CONSTRUCTION |

| The supporting frame for the PHE will be of self-supporting design. Frame & pressure
plate can be painted/powder coated or laded in stainless steel as required. Phis
are provided with multi bolt tightening design to uniform pressure on all parts of the
heat exchanger plates. Changes to processing conditions can be readily accommodated
by changing plate arrangement by adding or removing plates easily. |

| GASKET |
|
| Gasket materials commonly used are Nitrile, EPDM, Butyl, Silicon rubber ensuring
complete sealing and preventing cross leakage between the product and service
liquid. Sanitary type gaskets are continuously bonded to the PHE plates thus
ensuring complete segregation of the process fluids. The high quality gaskets are
fitted in to the PHE plates by using adhesive/adhesive free systems. |
