ZEUZER INDIA PUMPS COVERS WIDE RANGE OF APPLICATIONS IN DAIRY, FOOD, BEVERAGES, SUGAR/CONFECTIONERY, BREWING, ALCOHOLIC & NON-ALCOHOLIC, CHEMICALS AND PHARAMCEUTICALS. THE PUMP IS DESIGNED AS PER THE APPLICATION BASES OF PRODUCT FOR TRANSFER, EVAPORATION, INLINE MIXING, FILTRATION, EXTRACTION, HEATING, FERMENTATION, BOTTLING AND CIP.

FEATURES :

beenhereCASING AND FRONT COVER : Pump casing and front covers are investment casting material grade of AISI- 316 L and AISI -304 L, where we go with the stringent quality checking by eliminating the blow holes and ensure material strength by avoiding welded joints and leak proof constructions.


beenhereIMPELLERS : It’s an open type impeller which are manufactured by investment casting having the material grade of 316 L with extremely high sanitary condition. It can handle products without any operational difficulties by ensuring proper and optimized performance at the required head and capacity.


beenhereSHAFT : The shaft design is run-out free for easy operation and installation. It has self-aligning and key oriented shafts. The pump shaft prevents the flow of liquid from the pump housing into the winding of the motor.


beenhereSEALS : Pump seals are specially designed to ensure extra-long silent and trouble free performance. Our mechanical seals are self – lubricating type which ensures the liquid itself to be pumped by ensuring long life and even for areas where cooling water provision is giving as some special applications i.e. evaporator pumps.


beenhereCONNECTIONS : The connections are provided with SMS, Tri-Clamp, Flange, Din etc. where it can be easily assembled with any standards.


beenhereELECTRIC MOTORS : The assembly is done on the standard electric motors with the reputed brands such as ABB, SIEMENS, CROMPTON etc. as per the customer requirements. It is suitable for three phase 415/380 V or 4 Pole; F class insulation also available with flame proof. We use all high efficiency IE-2 motors with power saving.

1. Centrifugal Pumps :

They are the foundation base for the ZEUZER INDIA in the field of applications in dairy, beverages, chemical, etc. industry. The pumps are designed as per the hygienic use. These pumps can be utilized for the flow rates up to 5,00,000 LPH

2. Self-priming Pump/Liquid-ring pump :

Zeuzer India self-priming/liquid-ring pump can be placed for handling the liquids with high gas or air content. Zeuzer India pumps can lift the water up to 15m height. The impeller and suction cover are designed in order to fulfill the function where the gas or air content are in large quantities, and where the other centrifugal pumps will be functionless. The applications of this pump is used for CIP cleaning solution in the return line for the complete emptying of the tanks during the CIP process. This type of pumps is not suitable for handling the abrasive products.

3. Shear Pump :

Zeuzer India shear or mixing pumps can be placed where the products are incapable of mixing, dispersion or blended together. The pump has impeller or rotor and stator components where the shearing action can take place. This improve the product texture and economical for operating, maintaining and cleaning.

Model (a) pumps are designed for handling high volume capacity for doing the activities such as powder mixing, emulsifying, partial homogenizing and product solubilizing. The seals are designed to handle high pressure.

Model (b) the rotor and stator pumps are used in-line to transfer or disperse the product through the pipe such as cheese, shirkand, etc. by keeping the texture smooth and uniform. The Zeuzer India pumps can be used in the adhesives, chemical, cosmetic, food, pharmaceutical, and plastics industries for emulsification, homogenization, particle size reduction, and dispersion.

4. Positive Displacement Pump :

Zeuzer India PD pumps are designed for transfer the product with high viscosity, by gentle and continuous flow. The material of construction is 316 L impellers, it has two type of lobe: bi-lobe and tri-lobe. The clearances between the parts are very narrow. It has a good volumetric efficiency. This type of pump can be widely used for product such as yogurt/curd, cultured mix products, high fat content product, etc.
